“At Cheerbrook, we absolutely love food. We eat, sleep and breathe it every day. Working with local farmers and producers, we bring you the very best the region has to offer; across our butchery, bakery, delicatessen, farm shop & cafe“
Every time I visit, I always tell myself that I'll try something new however I can never make it to the till without buying their delicious stir fry and their beautiful cakes. They are a firm favourite in our household.
One of my favourite cake shops, EVER. Fun fact - this delicious shop was mentioned in Stacey Solomon ‘Tap to Tidy’ book!
I mostly get my fix whenever I attend a local market however I sometimes visit their Brown Edge shop. Inside, you'll find the most tastiest brownies. Scrumbles also offer regular dessert night - check out their Instagram for more.
“Market fresh fruit & vegetables, home cooked meats, homemade pies, The Hollies butchery meats, freshly baked breads, oils, olives, fine wines & champagnes, hand tied flowers, unique gifts & cards, hampers, candles & diffusers and so much more”
Whenever I'm looking to cook a special Sunday Roast, The Hollies is ALWAYS first on my list of places to visit. Their counters are always fully stocked with freshly prepared goods. This is one of Molly-Mae's go-toos too!
“A firm favourite in our Food Hall, Honeywell’s is a family owned butchers based in Preston who pride themselves on supporting the local farming community and providing the finest selection of local produce. Reserve Wines is one of the region’s finest independent wine merchants”
We love a day out at Bents and I must say that my favourite part is wandering through their Food Hall. I always end up coming out with something for dinner as well as their delicate desserts.
It’s impossible to drive past Nantwich without popping into grab a delicious cupcake, brownie or blondie from Cheshire Cupcakes! They are WONDERFUL and you won’t be disappointed
Still yet to try out their famous cereal hot chocolate at their Altrincham store however we're very familiar with the beautifully pink interior when visiting Nantwich. We won't go to Nantwich without taking a trip inside and ordering delicious cupcakes.
BEAUT-IF-UL
“A family run butchers that takes pride in providing top quality meat, sauces and local produce to help take the fuss out of feeding your family”
Whenever the sun comes out, we always run (ok, drive) here. The quality of the meat is always superb and the shop is always busy. They also stock Snugburys Ice Cream - win, win!
“In every corner of the business whether it’s the Butchery, Deli, Café or Gift Shop, we do our best to hunt out the best local suppliers to fill our shelves with the most eclectic and original range of local produce”
We're always impressed here and amazed by the many local independents. The staff here are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
"Call us old fashioned, but we like eating food that’s fresh, tasty and as local as possible. And that’s exactly what we offer in the Kenyon Hall Farm Shop. The shop is brimming with local, seasonal produce, complimented with artisan treats from further afield."
No trip to Warrington is complete without letting our little girl run wild in the park before we take a look at the goodness inside. If you visit, I can't promise you won't add a seasonal decoration or two to your basket either.
